华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文  摘  要  内部控制评价通过对企业内部控制制度设计与运行的有效性进行评价来发挥作 用，是内部控制目标实现以及作用发挥的重要环节。20 世纪 90 年代以来，随着我国 一系列财务丑闻的爆发，内部控制评价问题引起了社会各界的广泛关注。通过对企 业内部控制制度设计和运行的有效性进行评价，对于完善企业内部控制制度的建设 和加强企业内部控制运行状况起到非常有效的作用。 这篇文章首先建立内部控制评价指标体系，再充分利用集对分析的优势，通过建 立了基于集对分析的内部控制评价模型，将集对分析这一系统分析方法运用到内部 控制评价中，并通过具体的数据分析运用了该模型。统计结果证明该模型减少了主 观判断对整体评价的影响，将定性指标予以了定量化处理，克服了已有评价方法中 主观性过强的不足，提高评价结果的准确度，对企业内部控制状况作出更客观、更 符合实际的定量化评价。文章的内容分为五个部分：第一部分阐述本文的选题背景 和研究意义，对现有内部控制评价的研究成果进行综述，介绍本文的研究方法、创 新之处和研究内容。第二部分详细介绍了集对分析的基本思路、集对分析的不确定 性理论以及集对分析的主要应用成果。第三部分建立了内部控制评价指标体系，构 建了基于集对分析的内部控制评价模型。第四部分通过具体的数据分析运用内部控 制集对分析评价模型。第五部分是研究结论与问题讨论。  关键词：内部控制评价  评价模型  集对分析 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract Internal control evaluation plays a role in evaluating the validity of the designing and operating in internal control regulation, which is an important step of achieving the internal control objective and realizing the goal’s usefulness. Since 1990s, after a series of financial scandals in our country, the problems about internal control evaluation have aroused much attention in the community. To strengthen the construction of the internal control regulation has important practical significance in improving the effective operation of internal controls while ensuring the scientific decisions of enterprises. In this paper, the author first establishes an evaluation index system of internal control, and then introduce Set Pair Analysis(SPA) method to the evaluation , which build up a model of internal control evaluation based on SPA method .The author also uses the model through specific data analysis. The statistics prove that this model has reduced the influence caused by the subjective judgments on the overall evaluation and changed the treatment of qualitative indicators to a quantitative one, which has overcome the disadvantages of being much too subjective in evaluation methods and increased the accuracy of the evaluation results This paper includes five parts.
