三江学院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 气动自动生产线加工系统的 电路及控制设计 三江高职 院（系） 机械设计制造及其自动化 专业 学 号 G095152037 学生姓名 周宏源 指导教师 康杰 起讫日期 2012.12.17～2013.4.5 设计地点 三江学院 摘 要 随着电子和信息技术的发展，特别是随着计算机的出现和广泛应用，国内外对自动生产线技术的研究非常重视，已经进行了大量研究，自动化工业发展极快。自动化生产线融合了气动技术、传感器技术、PLC技术、计算机及网络通讯技术等众多学科于一身，增强我们对机电一体化专业知识应用的感性认识，并提高解决综合问题的能力。 本文以自动生产线的加工系统为例，对模块化生产系统开发过程中控制系统开发的相关技术进行了研究。确定了以SIEMENS S7-200 PLC为核心的控制系统，完成了加工系统总体功能设计与分解以及各个模块的功能设计与分解，完成了系统加工模块工艺流程的详细设计、PLC程序设计、为模块之间的协调工作设计了合理的传递信息，完成了各个模块的联机工作工艺流程详细设计。 关键字：PLC；生产线；加工系统；自动化  ABSTRACT With the rapid development of electronic and information technology, especially with the advent of computers and the widespread application, the domestic and foreign research on automatic production line technology very seriously, has conducted extensive research, the rapid development of industrial automation.
