摘 要 通用航空产业在国外已经深入到了国民经济的各个部门，在国家的日常运作 中扮演着不可或缺的角色，与人们的日常生活息息相关。我国通用航空业发展较 为缓慢，随着经济形势的转变，市场供求关系的变化，民众认知度的提高，国家 的政策也有了一定的转变，鼓励和支持通用航空企业的发展。 目前，在市场需求和定位不完善，国内通航相关政策和法规匮乏的前提下， 各类通用航空企业的运营成本较高，发展层次不齐。本文通过对现下政策的分析， 对比了国内外通用航空业的发展，分析了通用航空公司的运营成本组成，并且从 原材料的选择、维修成本、人力资源、经营模式等几个方面提出了控制成本的建 议。 关键词：通用航空，运营成本，经营模式 Abstract General aviation abroad has been into the various sectors of the national economy deeply, plays an integral role in the daily operations, and is together with peoples daily lives. Chinese general aviation industry develops slowly, with the changes in the economic situation, and changes in market supply and demand, and enhanced public awareness, national policy has also been some changes to encourage and support the development of general aviation businesses. Currently, the market demand and positioning are imperfect, there is lack of the domestic policies and regulations which are related to the general aviation, all types of general aviation companies have a high operating costs, and a uneven levels of development.
