工程用陶瓷油隔离泥浆泵设计【全套CAD图纸】.doc

摘要 泥浆泵广泛应用于矿山、水利、煤炭钻井、石油等工业部门。它的工作条件极其恶劣，往往在高扬程、大流量的工作环境下输送含有小颗粒的混合浆液，磨损情况十分严重。为了提高泵的耐磨性能，人们将耐磨材料应用于缸套等过流部件上，或者采用特殊的工艺方法对易磨损部位进行处理。这些措施取得了一定的效果，但是所采用的材料价格昂贵，工艺复杂，增加了泥浆泵的制造、使用成本，部分材料韧性不足，耐冲击性较差，不能适应多变的工作环境，而且耐磨性也不是十分的好。因此，选用新材料，新工艺，成为解决问题的重要研究方向。工程陶瓷具有良好的耐磨性能，但是缺乏韧性是陶瓷的致命缺点。 本设计将柱塞泵与隔膜泵相结合，用油将泥浆与活塞缸隔离开来，使活塞缸远离恶劣的工作环境，从而提高其使用寿命，能以较低成本达到显著改善泥浆泵耐磨性能的目的。同时，在缸套内壁使用工程陶瓷，进一步增加其耐磨性能。 关键词：泥浆泵 油隔离 磨损 使用寿命 缸套 Abstract Mud Pump widely used in mining, water conservancy, coal drilling, oil and other industrial sectors.
