This article designs is the control crystallizer according to assigns the profile rule based on monolithic integrated circuits crystallizer hydraulic pressure vibration profile generator goal to carry on the vibration. This profile generator take the 89C51 monolithic integrated circuit as the core, the external connection keyboard and the double cushion way D/A switching circuit, may have the square-wave, the triangular wave, the saw-tooth wave, the sine wave as well as the nonsine wave and so on many kinds of profiles, may need the waveform parameter through the keyboard hypothesis.
