精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 摘 要 开关磁阻电动机调速系统（Switched Reluctnce Drive，简称SRD）是由开关磁阻电动机、电力电子开关电路及驱动控制部分组成的高性能调速系统。开关磁阻电机具有结构简单坚固、成本低、容错能力强、调速范围宽、低速转矩大、起动电流小、转速精度高、耐高温、可频繁起动制动等优点，又在高度发展的电力电子和微机控制技术的支持下获得了良好的可控性能。因此，开关磁阻电机在驱动调速领域得到了广泛的应用。 本文首先介绍了课题研究背景和意义。给出了开关磁阻电机控制系统的组成、运行原理和控制方式。给出了开关磁阻电机的控制策略。在Matlab/Simulink 交互式仿真集成环境下，对开关磁阻控制系统进行了建模、仿真及分析。接着，给出了开关磁阻控制系统的硬件、软件设计方案。主要包括：DSP TMS320LF2407最小系统、位置检测电路、电流检测电路、键盘和显示电路、上位机通信接口及电源系统、系统主程序、各模块初始化子程序、各功能子程序和各中断服务子程序等。最后，以三相6/4 结构小功率开关磁阻电机作为执行元件，给出了仿真结果。 关键词：开关磁阻 DSP TMS320LF2407 控制 ABSTRACT Switched Reluctance Drive system is a high performance system, which is composed of Switched Reluctance Motor, Power electronic switching circuit and controller. Switched Reluctance Motor has not only low cost , strong structure, good fault-tolerant，wide range speed modulation , low starting current, high speed accuracy, high temperature, and it can be started or stopped frequently, but also excellent controllability based on the electric and mircrocomputer . Thus, Switched Reluctance Motor is widely used in drive and speed adjustment field. Firstly, the background and significance of the project were given. The structure of the position control system of SRM was given.The operational principle and control modes of SRM were discussed. The output torque could be indirectly controlled by the rotor angular acceleration closed-loop control of SRM. The position control strategy was also presented .In the Matlab/Simulink interactive simulation integrated environment, module construction, simulation and analysis of control system of SRM were given. And then, the hardware and software of control system of SRM were designed. The design of hardware mainly includes the least system of DSP TMS320LF2407, the position detection circuit,the current detection circuit,the keyboard and display circuit，the communication interface of upper computer and the power system.Thedesign of software mainly includes the main procedure, the modules initializ
