精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 设计题目：ZFS1600/12/26型液压支架的设计 设计专题题目：ZFS1600/12/26型液压支架掩护梁设计 设计主要内容和要求： 1.设计要求： 完成液压支架总体方案确定及设计 主要零部件设计 完成设计图纸（折合0＃）3～4张 2.主要工作参数： 设计题目：ZFS1600/12/26 顶板条件：Ⅱ级1类 工作阻力：1600N 推溜力 ：100kN 拉架力 ：150kN 底板比压：1.0Mpa 泵站压力：32Mpa 煤层倾角： 15o 院长签字： 指导教师签字： 摘 要 液压支架是综采工作面支护设备，它的主要作用是支护采场顶板，维护安全作业空间，推移工作面采运设备。液压支架的种类有很多，但其基本功能是相同的。 根据液压支架各部件的功能和作用，其组成可分为4个部分： ⑴承载结构件，如：顶梁，掩护梁，底座，连杆，尾梁等。起主要功能是承受和传递顶板和垮落岩石的载荷。 ⑵液压油缸，包括立柱和各类千斤顶。其主要功能是实现支架的各种动作，产生液压动力。 ⑶控制元部件，包括液压系统操纵阀，单向阀，安全阀等各类阀，以及管路，液压，电控元件。其主要功能是操作控制支架各液压油缸动作及保证所需的工作特性。 ⑷辅助装置，如推移装置，护帮装置，伸缩梁装置，活动侧护板，防倒防滑装置，连接件，喷雾装置等。这些装置是为实现支架的某些动作或功能所必须的装置。 关键词：液压支架，支护设备，掩护梁，操纵阀  Abstract Hydraulic support is a syntheses coal cutting working face support facility，its primary function is supporting coal cutting top tray，attendancing safe operation space，processing working face coal cutting transportation device. Theres many kinds of hydraulic support，but these fundamental function is the same. According to the function and effection of each partial hydraulic support，theres 4 parts as follows: (1)Support structure section, such as headpiece、covering girder、 underframe、pitman、tail boom. Burden of receiving、 transfering top tray and rocky plays an important role in it. (2)Hydraulic ram，it include crutch and many jack.Its primary function is realizing different kinds of movement of bracket and producing hydraulic power. ⑶Control section，it includes hydraulics control valve、non-return valve、relief valve and so on.Theres also pipeline，hydraulic pressure，electric control element.Its primary function is control bracket each hydraulic ram movement and ensuring required double-shift work characteristic. (4)Auxiliary device, such as process device、 protect device、flex girder device、activity side rack、prevent fall and non-skid device、junction piece、spray system.These device are obligatory ones which can realize the certain movement or function of bracket.
