精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 摘 要 药品包装机械属于高技术、高智能、高竞争的机电一体化产品，高技术成果都会在包装机械产品中得到应用。纸盒包装机械可分为折纸、下纸、药板推送、纸盒打开、纸盒传输、折舌、插舌、压平和打批号等功能。 本设计的主要设计内容为药品装盒机的上料装置设计、药板装盒装置设计。完成的主要工作有： 1. 综述了药品装盒机的发展历程，发展现状及发展战略。 2. 确定了总体方案、包装工艺，物料的运动方式采用垂直与水平相结合的方 式，从而缩短了机器的尺寸。 3. 设计了纸盒上料机构，利用负压吸盘对纸盒进行分离、输送，吸盘由凸轮 机构驱动，上下移动。 4. 设计了药板上料机构，通过槽轮机构驱动齿形带对药板进行定量输送。 5. 设计了装盒机构，将药板、说明书装入纸盒内，同时完成纸盒的折叠封合。 本设计充分考虑了机械动力学分析，使机械运行平稳。设计过程参考了各类包装机械设计的长处，同时借鉴了其它机械的优点完成了药品装盒机的设计。本机器包装能力为50～120盒/分。 本机总体上具有较高的性价比，具有很强的竞争力和很好的发展前景。 关键词：装盒机；上料；药品；包装机 Abstract Medicines and chemical reagents package machinery belongs to a high technology, the integration of machinery with electronics product, high technology achievement city that high intelligence, height compete for are applied in package machinery product.
