It also implies some risks due to various reasons. To make the platform company’s decisions on investment and finance and risk management more coordinated and effective, this paper which focuses on the cooperative decision support systems (CDSS), analyzes the design of the hierarchical structure, the collaboration link model as well as the function of coordinating operation. Meanwhile, this paper builds a structure of operation way and harmonize mechanism on the levels of investment and finance, risk management and the feedback of cooperative decision in order to further improve the quality of decision making and levels of support on CDSS.
