By applying the frequency-domain approach, the existence of bifurcation parameter point is determined. Some numerical simulations for ju stifying the theoretical analysis are also given. To simplify the analysis and computation, many researchers have directed their attention to the study of simple systems [2-8]. This is still useful since the complexity found may be carried over to large networks.
