基于Matlab的指纹图像特征提取 摘 要 随着社会的发展，传统的基于信物或口令的安全系统显得越来越脆弱，不能够满足现代安全系统的需要。指纹具有唯一性和稳定性，因此被人们用来当作鉴别个人身份的主要依据。相对于其它生物特征鉴定技术，指纹识别是一种理想的身份鉴别技术。在指纹识别技术中，指纹特征提取是其中一个非常重要的部分。许多学者对指纹特征提取方法进行了探讨，本文是在前人的基础上利用Matlab对经过预处理的指纹图像进行特征提取。指纹特征提取主要运用了两大类方法，即依据指纹灰度图像直接提取指纹特征的方法和依据二值化细化后的指纹图像邻域特征提取的方法。实验表明，基于二值化细化指纹图像邻域特征提取的方法所提取到的特征更全面、质量更高，为后续指纹特征匹配提供了更好的效果。 关键词 指纹识别 特征提取 Matlab FINGERPRINT FEATURE EXTRACTION BASED ON MATLAB ABSTRACT With the development of society, the traditional secure system has appeared to be more and more weak which is based on correspondence or catchword, and it can not satisfy the needs of the secure system in the modern times. Fingerprint is provided with unique quality and stability, so fingerprint is used to be the main foundation to evaluate subjective identify. About to other biometric characteristic identify technology, fingerprint on-line is regarded as a kind of ideal identify approving technology. In the fingerprint on-line technology, the fingerprint feature extraction is one of the most important parts. Many scholars of the fingerprint feature extraction methods are discussed, in this paper are based on previous use of Matlab on the fingerprint image feature extraction after pretreatment. Fingerprint feature extraction method mainly used two methods, namely, direct extraction of gray images based on fingerprint characteristics of the method and basis of the fingerprint binarized and thining fingerprint image feature extraction. Experiments show that the binary fingerprint image feature extraction method to extract the features of a more comprehensive, higher quality, the fingerprint feature matching for the follow-up provides better results.
