大同市桐城中央居住小区植物配置分析.pdf

摘 要 居住区绿化是城市园林绿化系统中的重要组成部分，是改善城市生态环境的重 要环节。同时，居住小区是人们日常生活的环境，随着物质生活水平的日益提高， 人们对居住小区绿化、美化的要求及欣赏水平也越来越高。所以，研究居住区的植 物景观对提高大同市居住区的绿化水平有着很重要的意义。 本文的研究内容是以大同市桐城中央居住小区为例，根据居住区绿地类型的分 类，将其分为公共绿地、道路绿地、宅旁绿地三大类，分别对各个类型绿地的植物 景观从植物的选择、空间的构建、色彩、季相等几个方面进行了深入的调查与分析， 并绘制了植物配置平面图。 桐城中央小区的绿化率达35% ，符合城市规划设计规范中的绿地指标，其地下 停车场的引用，避免了传统硬质停车场占用大量绿化用地的问题，使得居住小区的 绿化用地大大的提高。小区整体布局规划合理，拥有较为完善的绿地类型。其设计 风格意在模拟自然式的植物景观，在植物配置方式上，一般在广场和道路两旁多采 用规则式方式，在其他绿地类型中则多采用自然式的设计。植物景观设计也注重与 住宅建筑之间的融合，同时大量爬山虎的使用，也丰富了小区中垂直绿化的植物景 观。总之，桐城中央居住小区的植物景观意在为居民营造出一个亲切宜人，轻松舒 适的绿化空间。 通过分析得出以下结论：1、物种多样性不高；2、后期养护不到位，植物景观 达不到预期效果。并提出了优化建议：1、注重物种多样性；2、加强小区养护管理。 关键词：居住小区；植物配置；大同市 Analysis On Disposition of plants in Tongcheng Central Residential Area in Datong Abstract The greening of residential area is an important part of urban landscape and the main links of improving the urban ecological system. Meanwhile, residential area is the place where people live in. With the improvement of people’s material living standard , more and more people have a high demand for the greening of residential area , beautification and the level of appreciation . Therefore, studies on the plant landscape of residential area have a very important significance to improve the level of greening of residential areas in Datong. This paper chooses Tongcheng Central Residential area as the main research object. According to the classification, the Greenland of residential area was divided into center Greenland, residential roads Greenland and Greenland beside resident.
