摘要 沟通是我们日常生活中传达人与人之间思想与意念,并让彼此相互了解的行 为。沟通渗透到我们所做的一切事情中,它是维持人际关系的一种基本手段,有 效的沟通对于我们都非常重要。现代企业面临着快速变化与竞争激烈的外在环 境,良好的组织沟通成为其实现组织目标、提高组织绩效的关键的成功因素 (key success factor ),管理沟通在企业管理中的重要性日益凸现。 跨国企业在中国发展迅速,已经成为中国经济社会中一支不可忽视的越来越 重要的力量。它们在中国实行本土化管理的过程中,如何实现良好而有效的组织 沟通必然成为其十分重要的课题。而中国本土企业的管理沟通工作又做得如何, 和跨国企业相比有何差异和特点呢?本文正是基于这样的背景下将这两类企业 进行比较研究,以期从中获得一些启示。 本文首先通过大量文献阅读,概括界定了沟通有效性(communication effectiveness )的含义,提出了影响企业沟通有效性的因素,并通过设计问卷, 对跨国企业和本土企业内部沟通状况做了实证比较研究,概括分析各自的沟通的 特点和差异,最后在普遍意义上提出了提高企业沟通有效性的对策和建议。 关键词:沟通,组织沟通,沟通有效性,实证研究 I Abstract Communication is behavior to exchange one’s ideas or thoughts and to understand each other in our daily life. Communication penetrates into all the things we do, and it is basic means to maintain interpersonal relationship. Effective communication is vital to us. Modern companies confront rapid changes and fierce competition, good communication becomes a key success factor to achieve its goal and improve its performance. The importance of managerial communication in the administration management has become increasingly apparent. Multinational companies develop very rapidly and become an important force which can not be ignored in China society. During the process of the MNCs’ localization management, how to achieve effective organizational communication must be an important subject which they should confront.
