毕业论文（设计）独创性声明 本人郑重声明所提交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在指导教师的指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。除文中特别加以标注的地方外，论文中不包含他人已经发表的学术成果或者他人为获得高等院校学位而使用过的材料，论文（设计）中不涉及任何知识产权纠纷。否则，本人将承担一切责任。 学生签名：__________ 日 期：__________ 摘 要 随着世界经济时代的到来，产业集群已成为区域经济发展的一个普遍现象。但是中国产业集群是在制度转型背景下产生并发展的，即使近年来发展迅速，但仍存在着一些问题。而台州临海杜桥被誉为“中国眼镜之都”。 本文通过走访调查了杜桥镇的一些企业，考察了杜桥中小眼镜企业的经营状况，重点研究了杜桥眼镜产业集群的发展现状、行业结构、行业存在的潜在威胁的分析以及杜桥眼镜产业集群的竞争优劣势，通过对杜桥眼镜集群发展的机遇与挑战分析，探讨了杜桥眼镜产业集群的发展前景。研究发现，杜桥镇眼镜产业集群存在一些突出问题，如企业发展压力重大，区域内部缺乏相应的技术依托，杜桥镇政府缺乏对产业群的有效指导，产业集群内的无序竞争和过度竞争，家族式管理的低水平，资源、原料、劳动力缺乏等对集群的发展提出了挑战等一系列问题。 针对以上问题，本文提出转变政府职能，改善、加强对中小企业的服务、延伸产业链条，加强企业间的整合与合作、改善创新环境，培育创新文化氛围、提高企业经营者素质，改善企业内部管理体制、增强区域品牌影响力，提高集群整体竞争力、坚持人才培训等建议，以促进杜桥眼镜产业集群的发展。 关键词：产业集群；杜桥；眼镜行业 Abstract With the coming of world economy age, the cluster has become a common phenomenon of the regional economic’s development. But Chinas industrial cluster is in the background of system transformation Produce and development, even developed very rapidly in recent years, still exists some problems. While Tai Zhou Du Qiao even more is praised as the capital of Chinas spectacle. This text through visiting and survey some firms of DuQiao town, inspecting the operating status of the small and medium-sized spectacle firms of DuQiao, focusing on the research the development situation of spectacle industrial cluster of DuQiao、the industry structure、the analysis of industry subsistent potential threat and the competition of advantages and disadvantages of DuQiao’s spectacle industrial cluster. Through the analysis of the DuQiao’s spectacle industrial cluster’s the development of opportunities and challenges, discusses the development prospect of DuQiao’s spectacle industrial cluster.
