MethodsResearch 22 cases of MM which have been final diagnosed by bone marrow celluar morphology, clinical situation, imageology, and serology standards. Extract peripheral blood and bone marrow of the patients, determine medullary system antigens CD13CD33 CD117of multiple myeloma cells with CD38/SSC gating method and CD45/SSC gating method of flow cytometry(FCM),and do related detections, like bone marrow celluar morphology,DNA contentP170, blood common practice, renal function, lactate dehydrogenase levels, 2-microglobulin, X-ray of bond, et al. Results1.The positive expression and expression of CD13 in preliminary diagnosis, non-remission, progression of disease, relatpse group were obviously higher than those in remission group. The expression of CD13 in IgA group was obviously higher than that in IgG group. The expression of CD13 was significantly and positively related to lactate dehydrogenase levels, 2-microglobulin, the expression of CD33 and CD117. 2.The positive expression of CD13 in MM is 45.5%. The expression of CD33 in IgA group was obviously higher than that in IgG group, and it was significantly and positively related to CD13 and CD117,but it was not related to prognosis indexes of MM. 3
