2 0 0 8 年 7 月 农 业 机 械 学 报 第 39 卷 第 7 期 挤压膨化对菜籽粕中单宁含量的影响分析 肖志刚　吴谋成 　申德超 　肖　睿 　　【摘要】　以菜籽粕含水率 、挤压机套筒加热温度 、螺杆转速为考察因素 ,菜籽粕中单宁含量为评价指标 ,采用 二次正交旋转组合试验设计 ,建立回归方程 ,进行单因素及响应面图形分析 ,探讨试验因素对指标的影响规律 ,考 察各试验因素对指标因子贡献率的大小 ,通过频数选优确定单宁含量较低的挤压条件 。结果表明 ,挤压温度 50 ℃、 螺杆转速 166 r/ min 、物料含水率 25 %时 ,单宁含量可降至原含量的 50 %左右 。 关键词 : 菜籽粕 　单宁 　挤压膨化 　正交试验 中图分类号 : TS223 . 4 文献标识码 : A Analysis on the Eff ect of Extrusion on Tannin Content in Rapeseed Meal Xiao Zhigang1 ,2 　Wu Moucheng2 　Shen Dechao 1 ,3 　Xiao Rui1 ( 1. S handong University of Technology , Zibo 255049 , China Abstract Moist ure of ext ruder feed material ,heating temperat ure of ext ruder barrel and rot ation speed of ext ruder screw were considered as factor s ;t annin content was employed as evaluation index . Wit h t he aid of t he combination design of quadratic ort hogonal rot ation , t he regression equation was est ablished , t he single factor and response surface met hodology were used to demonst rate t he influential rules of test factor s to t he index changes ,and t he cont ribution rate of factor s to t he index was investigated , t he ext ruder condition of lower t annin content was fixed by t he frequency analysis. The result s show t hat t he t annin content decreases to 50 % when heating temperat ure of ext ruder barrel is 50 ℃, rot ation speed of ext ruder screw is 166 r/ min and moist ure of material is 25 %.
