台中港南方區填圍堤水理計算之研究 1 2 3 4 蔡政翰 蕭松山 張君名 莊文傑 1 海洋大學海洋環境資訊系 教授 2 海洋大學河海工程學系 副教授 3 海洋大學河海工程學系 研究 生 4 港灣技術研究中心 研究員 摘要 台中港近年航運量迅速成長，碼頭需求增加，港區已無可供浚挖土方回填之空間；而南填方區 則適可作為棄方回填之用。然而，當圍堤回填工程於合攏之際，封口處流速若過大，對回填土方沖 刷，使合攏困難度增加。 因此，本研究於回填外圍海域進行海流測量，圍堤施工期間以 MIKE21-HD 模式分別對於潮口 400 公尺以及 200 公尺時進行海流演算，並利用實測海流資料校正模式參數，作為最後圍堰時流速推算 之依據。然而，對於潮流演算首先碰到的問題便是台灣外海並無實測潮位站可以提供計算時之邊界 條件。因此，本研究引用 Li(1987)所提出台灣外海附近之潮汐調和參數作為潮位預報之輸入條件。 此外，於大區域模式到局部模式（台中港南填方區外圍海域）之調校過程中，亦遭遇現場風場 資料輸入所得之結果與實測資料有所出入情形。藉由風速與流速資料比對並校正後，得到之較為合 理參數作為日後推算圍堰封口流速參考。最後，對於現場圍堰封口作業以及測量過程與數值模式計 算之研究方式提出建議，並檢討以往圍堰流速經驗公式之適用範圍，作為往後圍堰封口類似工作參 考。 Abstract Recently, shipping of Taichung harbor and demand of docks have increased rapidly but there was no space for dredged backfill. But, Taichung Harbor south fill region could be backfilled it. However, when the backfill engineering approached to close, the current speed would be too strong and strong current would scour the backfill rock. It made the cofferdam work more difficult. Hence, in order to predict the current condition in the close step, we simulated the ocean current on the skirt of Taichung Harbor south fill region via the measured data to calibrate parameters of MIKE21-HD model during cofferdam engineering processing at the gap of 400m and 200m, respectively. However, the first matter is short of the open boundaries because there are no tidal stations set up in outer sea area around Taiwan Island. For this reason, we had the input tidal prediction data for open boundaries according to the tidal constants of open sea boundary adjacent to Taiwan proposed by Li (1987).
