中小企业资金紧张的成因和解决对策 摘 要 随着经济的发展，企业资金短缺已经成为管理当局面临的重要问题，加上经济危机的影响，企业融资非常困难，特别是中小企业表现更为明显，资金紧张程度更加严重，在很大程度上制约了企业的发展。因此，关于中小企业资金紧张的成因及解决对策的研究迫在眉睫。本文立足于中小企业资金紧张的现状，从外部融资环境和内部资金运用的管理等多角度深入分析了资金紧张的原因，并从强化企业内部管理、合理利用企业资源和开拓融资渠道等方面提出了具有针对性的对策和建议，从而为中小企业加强资金管理、缓解资金紧张、不断实现自我发展提供理论依据和借鉴。 关键词：中小企业；融资；资金紧张  SMEs financial constraints cause and countermeasures Abstract With the development of economy， the enterprise capital shortage has become the enterprise management problems， coupled with the impact of the economic crisis， enterprises especially SMEs financing more difficult and capital insecurity becomes more serious， the problem has already become the main factor that restricts business development， therefore， to the small and medium-sized enterprise capital insecurity causes and solutions research is important.
