摘 要 四性(气)是中药的基本特征，是指导中药组方和临床运用、解释中药治病原理的重要要理论依据之一. 。中药的四性实质上可以看作是寒、热二性；四性中寒与凉，热与温只有程度上的不同，并没有本质上的差异。本文从中药的寒热药性及中药寒热药性的效应着眼，对中药寒热药性与某些指标的关系进行了初步研究。 本文研究的目的为：探讨寒、热性中药对SD大鼠的影响。本文所选择的8个中药包括：附子、黄连、干姜、大黄、黄芩、肉桂、黄柏、吴茱萸。药物剂型为临床传统煎药方法得到的水煎浓缩液。各给药组剂量均为临床人用高限剂量的42倍。受试动物为雄性SD大鼠。观察与检测项目包括：(1)一般状况：包括大鼠行为活动、反应状况，体重、食量、饮水量等；（2)泌尿系统：大鼠尿量。上述8个中药指标的检测由以下相对独立的动物实验完成：(1)附子、黄连、干姜、大黄寒热药性对大鼠的影响； (2)肉桂、黄柏、吴茱萸、黄芩寒热药性对大鼠的影响。两组组实验所用材料和方法除受试中药外基本相同。 对数据进行对比分析的结果表明：中药的寒热性与体重、饮食量及尿量有一定的关系，中药寒性与体重降低、尿量减少有一定的对应关系，中药热性对实验动物的影响不显著。 关键词　寒热药性 大鼠 中药四性 Abstract Four Natures is the basic characteristic of Chinese Herbs.As one of the most important TCM theories Four Natures can guide the application of Chinese drugs and explain the principle of Chinese medicine therapy.The exploratory research on the relation between Four Natures and some indexes is carryed out by the means of pharmacological experiment and data mining. Study the influence of Chinese herb of the cold and hot on SD big rats.The tested drags include Fuzi,Huanglian,Ganjiang,Dahuang,Hungbo,Wuzhuu,Huangqin.The test animals are SD rat.The indexes measured in the experiments include:(1)general condition monitor:observation on the state body weight,food consumption,water consumption;(2)urinary system. The above 8 Chinese medicine physiological and biochemical indexes of detection by the following relatively independent animal experiments completed: (1) aconite, rhizoma coptidis, dry ginger, rhubarb cold to influence of rat; (2) cinnamon, golden cypress, WuZhuYu, radix scutellariae cold medicinal properties to effects of rats. The data of the comparison and analysis of the results showed that Cold and heat and weight of traditional Chinese medicine, the relationship between food intake and urine output, traditional Chinese medicine cold and weight loss, decreased urine output, there is a certain relationship, Chine
