Eucommia has such functions as adjusting blood pressure and blood sugar, enhancing immune function and pharmacological health care function,so that in recent years, Eucommia ulmodies Oliv leaves as feed additives have raised great attention of the scientists This experiment use two kinds of bacillus subtilis and two saccharomycetes of eucommla ulmoides to process the fermentation of eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves.after the fermentation we need to do the Extraction and determination of chlorogenic acid , polysaccharides, protein component. The experiment indicated that, after different strains of microorganism fermentating the eucommia ulmoides leaves, the content of chlorogenic acid in eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves had declined, but the content of protein greatly improved. what,s more cellulose had a effective degradation, easier for animal absorption. bacillus subtilis 1 in the experiment were the suitable microorganisms for the fermentation of eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves. .
