However, the p rob lem of how to en su re the stab le op era tion of the eco - indu strial chain shou ld be so lved u rgen tly. A im ing at the p rob lem , the con ten t and characters of the eco - indu strial chain are analyzed in th is p ap er. On th is ba sis, the op erational infra structu re and m ech an ism of the virtual eco - indu strial chain are e stab lished in th is p ap er to en su re the stab ility of the chain.
