Although information could be sent in groups, it is not so convenient especially when staffs are unstable. Voice automatically notified system, based on CTI voice card, makes informing convenient, fast and effcetive. My graduation project designed for Voice automatically notified system, which made of MIS, TTS and CTI, to enable/realize voice auto call. This application took WinForms from .Net as the front interface,and is held by SQL Server 2000 database. It is very good in readability and augmentability with the development model of MVC. This is mainly responsible for the design of interactive design I have, including information on the senders interactive and interactive information receiver, in which the sender and the information mainly through the interactive information management system, through the line graph visualization user interface to operate the database information, in order to achieve information management. Receiver with information mainly through the interactive voice control card and information communication between the receiver through the communication terminal to operate the keyboard in order to achieve human-computer interaction.It is full of practical value.
