毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 电视遥控器底座的注塑模设计  摘 要 本设计主要介绍的是电视遥控器底座的注塑模设计，通过对产品的分析，用UG软件建模出三维图。分析产品的结构和生产的批量，确定该模具为一模两腔生产;为了保证塑件外观要求，本套模具采用潜伏式浇口;为了便于模具的加工,将凹模和凸模内的部分结构做成镶件的形式。在设计时，为了保证模具符合实际生产的要求,还对模具的型腔壁厚进行了校核。同时还对模具注射机的选择、塑件分型面的设计、浇注系统的设计、成型零部件工作尺寸的计算、结构零部件与冷却系统都做了详细设计。 关键词：模具设计；塑料模具；电视遥控器；镶件 Abstract This design is mainly introduced the base of the TV remote control to injection mold design, through to analysis of the products, using UG software modeling the three-dimensional figure.
