Method T he numbe of 1 252 to ddle s mo the was investig ated by using socio demog aphic questionnai e and Chinese Evaluation of So cia-l emo tion of infants( CIT SEA measu e table) w ith metho d of andom sam- pling . Results 1) In the numbe of 1 252 to ddle s, the abno mal detectable ate of the fou dimensions, include ext e- nalizing , int e nalizing , de egulat ion and co mpetence w e e 11. 90% , 7 . 4% , 11. 9% and 8. 8% . T he co nstituent atio diffe- ence was obse ved bet ween Shenzhen and 14 cities in China. 2) T he ag e diffe ence o bse ved in co mpetence dimension and co mpulsive behav io , senso y Sensitivit y, att ention and so on. 3) T he g i ls exte na lizing behavio w as lowe t han boy, but thei inte nalizing behavio and com petence hig he than bo ys.
