Preparation of Grif ola f rond osa polysaccharide sulfated
derivatives and their inhibitory effects on HMEC migration

Abstract: Polysaccharides from Grif olaf rondosa (GFP) were extracted by hot water and pre
cipitated by 9 5% EtOH. GFP1F,GFP1M and GFP1L were further purified by EAEcellulose
and Sephadex G100 subsequently from GFP. GFP1F, GFP1M and GFP1L were glucan with

molecular weight 1. 09 10 , 1. 93 10 and 2. 76 10 a. GFP1FS, GFP1MS and GFP1LS
were polysaccharide sulfates obtained from GFP1F, GFP1M and GFP1L with chlorosulfonic
acidpyridine. T he IR spectrum of GFP1FS,GFP1MS and GFP1LS showed the characteristic

absorptions of sulfate ester bond at 1 23 0 cm and 810 cm . The C NMR results i
