In virtue of that the action of PEF was completdid within a few decades millisecond, so this method be provided with the characteristic of high-efficiency and clipping compare with simply acid standard hydrolyze. 2) By the single factor experiment, it was found that the quite feasible examination condition is the proportion of total acid quality and fishbone dust is1:1, theaccession quality of water is 10 times of the quality of fishbone dust.
