复方甘草酸苷对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床症状及肝功能指标的影响 付俊录1 陈志强2 刘杰2 唐先梅2 刘彦斌2 1 汉中职业技术学院医学院生物化学教研室 2陕西汉中市中心医院感染科 作者地址：陕西汉中市伞铺街74号723000 [摘要]目的：通过对比复方甘草酸苷与甘草酸二胺治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效，探讨复方甘草酸苷对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的治疗作用。方法：对我院2005年1月- 2008年11月收治的268例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎进行回顾性的分析，将患者随机分为治疗组(135例)和对照组(133例)，治疗组用复方甘草酸苷注射剂100ml，静脉滴注每天1次连续3周，3周后改为口服复方甘草酸苷片每次３片，每日3次；对照组用甘草酸二铵注射剂150mg，静脉滴注每天1次，连续3周，3周后改为口服甘草酸二铵胶囊100mg，每日3次。比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效及不良反应。结果：两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗前后两组患者肝功能指标均有明显改善，治疗组ALT、AST、GGT 及TBIL下降程度较对照组差异有统计学意义( P0.05)。不良反应治疗组小于对照组。结论：复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床效果优于甘草酸二胺，不良反应少，值得临床推广。 [关键词]乙型病毒性肝炎；慢性；复方甘草酸苷；甘草酸二胺；治疗效果 Influence on the clinical symptom and Hepatic function parameter of Compound Glycyrrhizin on Chronic Viral Hepatitis type B [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin on chronic viral hepatitis type B by contrasting compound glycyrrhizin with diammonium glycyrrhizinate. Methods : In this retrospective study from January 2005 to November 2008，data of 268 patients with chronic viral hepatitis type B in our hospital，were randomly divided into the study group(n=135) and the control group(n=133). Patients in the study group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection 100ml /d，iv. Three weeks later，they were taken compound glycyrrhizin there tablet，three times a day. Patients in the control group were treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate 150 mg/d，iv. Three weeks later，they were taken Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate 100 mg，three times a day. The changes of clinical effect and adverse reactions compared after 6-week treatment. Results: The overall effective rate of the two group had（P0.05）. The degrade degree of ALT，AST ，GGT and TBIL in the control group were significantly lower then the study group（P0.05）. in the study group were significantly lower then the control group（P0.05）. Adverse reaction in the study group was lower then the control group. Conclusion: Comparing with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate，Compound glycyrrhizin on chronic viral hepatitis type B is safe and
