Abstract: A T V-trackin delay Kalman filter al orithm w as put forw ar d in order to improve the
trackin precision in TV trackin sy stems by compensatin miss distance si nals. Simulation

exper iments w ere carried out in the equivalent compound control of T V tr ackin system The simulation
results indicated that comparin the tr aditional al orithm no-delay Kalman filter with the miss-distance-
delay-compensation filter, this al orithm not only can improve velocity predictin error more effectively,
but also can reduce trackin error , and then the trackin precision of T V trackin systems is improved.
