Abstract
The global Cross-Border MA tide provided chances for Chinese enterprises. After
China’s accession into World Trade Organization, Chinese economy .cooperated better and
better with the other countries. Foreign investment flooded in and foreign multinational
companies merged many Chinese companies. When the Chinese companies facing with the
challenges, also they should go abroad and actualize Cross-Border MA strategy.
