王 五考 2007 年 12 月第 13 卷第34 期 狂犬病 患者家属 的心理状态调查分析及心理干预 陈爱萍 鞠锦斌 胡霞 储旭东 【摘要】 目的 探讨狂犬病患者家属的心理状态，为心理评佑和心理干预提供依据。方法 采用焦 虑 自评童表( SAS) , 症状 自评量表(SCL- 90) 评定患者家属的心理状态，并与采取健康教育、心理干预后的 心理进行比较 。结果 狂犬病患者家属 SAS 总分及 SCL- 90 中躯体化、人 际关系、抑郁、焦虑、强迫症状 等因子分值明显高于对照组 (尸 0. 05 或尸 0. 0 1) 。经过健康教育与综合性心理干预后狂犬病患者家属 的 SAS 总分及 SCL- 90 中躯体化、抑郁及焦虑等因子分值显著降低 (P 0. 05 或P 0. 0 1) . 结论 狂犬 病患者家属存在抑郁、焦虑、躯体化症状群等负性情感;健康教育与综合性心理干预能缓解和改善抑郁、焦 虑等负性情感。 【关键词】 狂犬病; 家属; 焦虑; 抑郁; 心理护理 The sur vey and ana ysis of psycho ogica status of r abies pat ients fami y member s and the compr ehensive psycho ogica interv ention CH EN Ai-p in ，J U J in-bin ，HU Xia ，CH U Xu-d ong . Methods The psycho ogica status of rabies pat ients fami y members was eva uat ed using the Se f 一r ating Anxiety Sca e (SAS) and the Symptom Check ist 90 (SCL - 90) ，then compared with that aft er the hea th educa- t ion and the psycho ogica int ervention have been adopt ed. Resu ts The tota score of SAS and the scores of somat izat ion , human re at ionship , depression , anxiety and obsessive- compu sive symptoms in SCL- 90 among the rabies patients fami y members were obvious y higher than those in the contr o group (P 0. 05 or P 0. 0 1) .
