DM6446 is the center of the hardw are. T he softw are realizes video collection, video broadcast, target motion detect ion and tracking .T he ARM adopts m lt-i thread mode and the core algorithm is processed on the DSP .T he Algorithm combines w ith backgro nd s bt raction on gray space to three frame difference on color space to detect motion t arget .The tracking part adopts m lt-i feat re integration w ith dynamic coefficient to match target and least-sq are method to predict the shape heart . Experiments show that detection effect, t racking effect and rea-l time performance are good and the system in gathering and processing video images can meet t he real time.
