学号： 常 州 大 学 毕业设计（论文） （2013届） 题 目 罩壳三维造型及注塑模具设计 学 生 陈斐 学 院 机械工程学院 专 业 班 级 成型091 校内指导教师 苗乃明 专业技术职务 讲师 校外指导老师 专业技术职务 二○一三年五月  罩壳三维造型及注塑模具设计 摘 要：随着现代工业发展的需要，塑料制品在工业、农业和日常生活等各个领域的应用越来越广泛，质量要求也越来越高。目前世界上工业发达的国家和地区都已采用计算机技术进行注塑模具设计，其主要是采用计算机辅助设计CAD及计算机辅助工程CAE。 本文介绍了塑料防护罩壳的注塑模具设计过程。通过对塑件结构分析，利用辅助设计软件AutoCAD进行注塑模具设计，并用Pro/ENGINEER软件对罩壳进行三维造型。注塑模具的设计过程主要包括模具结构形式的确定、分型面的确定、浇注系统的设计、注塑机的选择、脱模结构的设计、顶出机构的设计、一些主要零件的设计（滑块、斜导柱、浇口套）等。 注塑模具设计是本课题的主要内容，主要绘制了模具装配图、型芯、滑块及重要零部件零件图，对整个设计过程进行了详细的说明。 关键词：模具；防护罩壳；三维造型  The 3D modeling of cover shell and injection mold design Abstract：With the needs of the development of modern industry,plastic products are used in various industrial, agriculture and daily life and other fields more and more widely, the quality requirements are also increasing. This article introduces the design process of the injection mould for plastic protective cover shell. Through a nalyzing the structure characteristics of the plastic part, use the aided design software AutoCAD on injection mold design, and use Pro/ENGINEER software on the 3D modeling of cover shell. Injection mold design process includes determining the form of the mold structure, the determination of the die joint, the design of the gating system, the selection of the injection molding machine, the design of the demoulding structure, the design of the ejection mechanism, some design of the main parts(slider, oblique guide pillar, gate set) and so on. Injection mold design is the main content of this thesis, mainly to draw the mold assembly drawing, the part drawing of core, slide and important components, the entire design process is described in detail.
