中西医结合疗法治疗动脉硬化脑梗塞的临床疗效研究 【摘要】目的：对中西医结合疗法治疗动脉硬化脑梗塞的临床疗效展开研究分析。方法：本次研究选取2011年9月~2013年9月期间我院收治的100例动脉硬化脑梗塞患者，随机划分成研究组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用西医治疗方案对患者展开治疗，研究组采用中西医结合的治疗方案对患者开展治疗，观察对比两组治疗后临床疗效。结果：研究组治疗后神经功能损伤情况评分（7.93±1.59），对照组（15.25±2.47），研究组神经功能损伤情况评分显著低于对照组；研究组总有效率96.0%，对照组总有效率74.0%，研究组总有效率显著优于对照组，数据相比具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：动脉硬化脑梗塞临床治疗采用中西医结合疗法，可获取显著疗效，且能够有效改善患者临床症状，具有临床推广应用价值。 【关键词】中医治疗；西医治疗；动脉硬化性脑梗塞；临床疗效 Clinical study on treatment of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Zhang Huixian Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the first peoples Hospital of Zhengzhou City, Henan Zhengzhou 450000 【Abstract】Objective: clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarctionstudy. Results: Damage of nerve function study group after treatment score (7.93 ± 1.59), control group (15.25 ± 2.47), the study group of nerve function damage score was significantly lower than that of the control group; the group total effectiveness 96%, the comparison group total effectiveness 74%, the total efficiency of study group was significantly better than the control group, compared with statistical data significance (P 0.05).Conclusion: combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were treating arteriosclerosis cerebral infarction clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, has the value of clinical application.
