T he re o re, the e ec tua lm eans to get accura te results are very v ita.l Phytose rin product is sapon i ied by KOH, w h ich is ollow ed by be ing ex tracted by n- hexane and separa ted by non - ploar column. A ll the separated components a re identi ied by m ass spectra detector, detected on F ID and phytose rin is quan tita ted by interna l standard m ethod. T he results show that the m ethod has broad linea r scope and the co rre lation co e icien t o r phy toser in based on stigm a sterol is 09991. In addi tion, the m ehod has good recove ry 9866% 995 1% , low R SD 246% , good reproduc ib ility , h igh accu racy and w ide scope o application.
