CSNC2010 第一届中国卫星导航学术年会 北京 北斗二代卫星导航系统星地一体化运行管控系统架构研究 李菊芳 龙运军 陈英武 姚锋 (国防科学技术大学信息系统与管理学院，湖南长沙，410073) 摘 要:卫星导航系统星地一体化运行控制系统就是通过对导航卫星系统进行实时监测、管理和控制，统筹协调空间 平台、地面管控资源，实现整个导航卫星系统的自主控制，保障系统的稳定运行。本文参照 GPS 和Galileo 卫星导航 系统运行管控技术，运用系统分析、系统建模等技术对卫星导航系统运行管控系统构建提出合理设想，对卫星导航系 统星地一体化运行管控系统的系统组成、总体运作流程、子系统功能及其运作流程等进行初步的探讨、分析、设计， 构建运行管控系统的基本架构；最后对运行管控系统研发过程中所涉及的关键技术进行初步分析。本文形成了北斗二 代卫星导航系统星地一体化运行管控系统的初步系统架构，为运行管控系统的研制和实现提供技术支持。 关键词：北斗二代卫星导航系统； 运行管控； 系统设计 The Integrated Spacecraft Ground Operation Management and Control System Framework for COMPASS LI Jufang ,CHEN Yingwu ,LONG Yunjun ,YAO Feng (School of Information System and Management，National University of Defense Technology ，Changsha 410073，China) Abstract: The purpose of spacecraft and ground operation management and control system is to realize the anto-control of the satelite navigation system by cooperating all the spacecraft and ground resources through real time surveillance,management and control on the system, so that the navigation system can run smoothly. Because of the similarity between COMPASS and foreign navigation systems on the navigation techniques, such as GPS and Galileo,this paper designed the operation management and control system framework for COMPASS by consulting these two system.Fistly, this paper designed the system architecture, system operation flow and subsystem operation flow of the operation management and control system. Secondly, the key technologies of devoloping the system are analized. We hope that the work of this paper can do some contribution to the devolopement of COMPASS.
