本科毕业论文 （20 届） 某住宅半集中式空调系统设计 专业：建筑环境与设备工程 摘要 随着改革开放的深入，作为第三产业的旅游业获得较大的发展。与之相应，高层旅馆建筑在全国各地普遍兴建。在一层二层的公共用房中考虑到设计对象的内部空间特点及功能限制，决定采用全空气，单风道，无末端再加热器系统。末端装置采用盘式散流器。在三层到五层的客房设计中，客房是建筑的主体。目前，客房空调使用最为普遍、公认最为适宜的是风机盘管加独立新风方式。此种空调方式有布置灵活，各房间可以单独调节；运行费用低；与全空气系统相比，节约建筑空间；机组定型化，规格化，易于选择安装。所以我也选择风机盘管加独立新风方式。然后分别采用谐波法的工程简化计算二层的负荷，其他负荷计算采用面积概算法。根据负荷计算的结果依次选择新风机组、管径、风机盘管和风口。其中进行气流组织计算来校核速度和温差是否符合要求。再对各支路及最不利环路进行风管和水管的水力计算后，择泵的型号。完成膨胀水箱容积等设计计算后，绘制施工图纸并且对建筑专业提供的图纸中的不妥之处及自身空调设计中不够完善之处进行总结。 [关键词] 旅馆；空气调节；半集中式；全空气系统；水力计算 The design of one Residential building of semi-centralized?air conditioning systems [Abstract] With the deepening of opening-up reform, the third industry tourism obtains a larger development.
