Internet has become an enormous amount of public repositories. WEB technology can integrate text, images, sounds, animation, video and other multimedia, and other sets in one, not only make information display more vivid, more convenient browsing, while WEB page Internet trading platforms, customer information, exchange of information and customer feedback enterprise. In order to allow users to better and more convenient for urban supply and demand information query, publish, and get to meet customer demand, supply and demand information growing, establishing a city information system of supply and demand in this article. This paper is based on Struts 2 technology, using SQL Server 2000 database, the development of a popular e-commerce website-city of supply and demand information network. Paper first analyses the needs of users, to plan for full system capabilities and, secondly, using SQL Server 2000 database information entities, information access class entities, and administrator entities; eventually with the Struts 2 framework and Tomact server has completed the design for the module. The system for the implementation of information storage, publication, service features such as queries, and has reached as much as possible to integrate various kinds of information resources and to provide all-round information wrongly purposes, such as job hunting, recruiting, training and other information. System to check the information display, information release, information deleted, information auditing, information, and billing settings module can facilitate urban residents live, work and learning, while improving business visibility, advertise for enterprise products and save considerable costs. 【Key
