本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于SolidWorks的落镖冲击试验仪的设计 摘 要 落镖冲击试验仪又称落镖冲击试验机，是在给定高度的自由落镖冲击下，测定50%的试样破损时的能量（用质量表示）的一种试验机，适用于塑料薄膜和薄片以及钢板涂层。本论文的落镖冲击试验仪的设计，对传统的落镖冲击试验仪结构及工作性能进行改进构思，完成了塑料薄膜冲击性能测试仪器的设计。 本文对冲击性能测试仪器的工作原理、运动机构进行了研究。落镖冲击试验仪测试原理：试验开始时，首先选择试验方法，估计一个初始质量和Δm值，进行试验，如果第一个试样破损，用砝码Δm减少落体质量；如果第一个试样不破，须用砝码Δm增加落体质量依此进行试验。总之，利用砝码减少或增加落体质量，取决于前一个试样是否破损。20个试样试验后，计算破损总数N，如果N等于10，试验完成；如果N小于10，补充试样后，继续试验直到N等于10；如果N大于10，补充试样后，继续试验直到不破损的总数等于10为止，最后由系统自动计算冲击结果。 通过solidworks软件对实验仪器的重要部件进行了结构设计并进行了装配，利用IPA插件对冲击实验过程进行了动态模拟。所设计的仪器结构合理，操作简单，设备能够对薄膜的冲击性能进行测试，符合国家标准。通过冲击过程的动态模拟效果显示，能够将实验过程以动画的形式生动地展示出来。 关键词：落镖冲击实验仪；设计；Solidworks；IPA；模拟Abstract Falling dart impact tester is also known as drop-dart impact tester.
