本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于SolidWorks的六棱柱型纸盒盒型结构的设计 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 摘要 纸箱纸盒等各种纸包装制品已广泛应用于产品的运输包装和销售包装，在物资流通中深受人们的青睐，其用量之大、适用范围之广、发展之快，充分显示了其旺盛的生命力。综观纸包装制品的现状，展望其发展之未来，大力开发纸包装制品，已成为现代包装中不容忽视的重要一环。在现今高速发展的今天包装成为了国家经济和文化发展水平的标志之一。在这些包装盒中六棱柱纸盒就是其中的一个类型，对其研究分析具有重要的意义。 本文通过对目前国内纸盒结构设计现状的研究，提出纸盒制作材料的种类，纸盒的分类和纸盒盒型的确定方法。包装盒盒体在结构上要具有足够的强度，能尽量保护产品不会受到外力损伤，还要具有方便印刷的性能，便于纸盒在折制成型后能有比较漂亮的装潢效果，利于产品销售等。因此，在设计六棱柱纸盒盒体结构时，要保证强度、造型审美方面的要求，其盒体面的长宽比必须适当。通过对纸盒结构参数进行分析，确定出纸盒各结构尺寸的计算公式和纸盒结构的强度设计要求。设计出六棱柱型纸盒的盒型结构及其附件结构，盒盖、盒底摇翼的不同结构与组合方式，并对盒盖、盒底啮合点位置进行确定。 关键词：六棱柱型纸盒；结构设计；啮合点 ABSTRACT Carton and various kinds of packaged products has been widely used in product transportation packaging and selling packing material circulation, In the favour of people, its dosage and applicable range wide, developing fast, fully shows its vigorous vitality.
