本科毕业论文 (20 届) 基于SolidWorks的无人搬运车的设计它集计算机技术于一体综合了科技领域先进的理论在自动化工厂柔性制造系统中运输效率节能工作可靠能实现柔性运输节能等优点其主要工作内容包括车设计车能够实现自主运行等功能达到 Abstract The AGV namely Automatic Guided Vehicle, it collect sound, the light, the electricity, the computer technology in a body, and synthesizes the technical domain advanced theory and the application technology. It widespread applied in the flexible manufacturing system and the factory automation, and has the merits of high transportation efficiency, the energy conservation, the work reliable, the flexible transportation. It enormously enhanced production automaticity and production efficiency. AGV is the collection information processing and image processing and artificial intelligence three for the integration of the present technology field and comprehensive application of advanced technology and theory of product. AGV is part of the mobile robot. In the earliest AGV is developed in abroad, has decades of historical experience. So, AGV is mainly applied in ports, library, post office, ware-housing, airport and some dangerous places special operation occasion. AGV is by far the most promising logistics conveyor equipment, especially in the application of flexible manufacturing system the most extensive and most effective one of the material transport equipment. Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign AGV present situation and its development foundation, AGV with two wheel independent drive is designed. The content of the paper includes: design of mechanical structure and drive of the car, the choice of direct current servo motor, and the kinematic analysis. The designed car can realize the functions of independent movement, the path (circular arc, straight line) control and so on, and has achieved to travel along the hypothesis route.
