本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于Solidworks定量包装秤的设计 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 摘 要 本文讲述了定量包装秤在国内外的发展趋势，分析了电子皮带秤的结构原理以及称重原理，着重分析了传感器、控制系统等主要的结构。采用电子称重技术原理，结合国内外的许多定量包装系统的特点，指出了电子皮带秤的优缺点。以称重原理和误差分析为基础，提出了新型电子皮带式定量包装秤的设计方案，然后对该装置的总体构造、工艺规范、工作原理、结构参数以及其技术性能进行了分析，并且验证了方案的可靠性。 为了保证漏出的物料不会挤在挡板和皮带之间从而影响称重，在皮带两侧加防侧漏挡板；为了保证称量精度采取粗细两阶段供料，在给料口调节器的设计中添加了对落料补偿时间段的控制。采用了Solidworks软件制作了电子皮带包装秤整体3D效果图。 关键词：电子皮带秤；传感器；称重原理；控制系统；定量 Abstract The development trend of the quantitative packaging scales at home and abroad is described in this paper. The structural principle and weighing principle of the electronic belt scales and the main structural such as the sensor and control system are emphatically analyzed. Combining the characteristics of the quantitative packaging systems at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of electronic belt scales are pointed out with the principles of electronic weighing technology. Based on the weigh principle and error analysis, it bring forward the design scheme of the new electronic belt of the quantitative packing scales, then analyzes the overall structure of the device, process specification, working principle, structural parameters and technical performance, and verify the reliability of the program. In order to ensure that leakage of material dont squeeze between the bezel and strap, on both sides of the belt the baffles are added. In order to ensure weighing accuracy, we take the thickness and slender of the two-phase feeding. Also the blanking times control is added in the design of the feeding regulator. 3D design sketch of the electronic belt of packaging scale is produced by Solidworks software.
