This paper describes the folding of paper status and development of experimental apparatus and the whole process of experiment and experimental works. Proposed design of the instrument, pointing out the shortcomings of the design model and analyze machine. Study the experimental device works, made in sports institutions, detailed design, and designed the experimental device model, the internal structure of the distribution and selection of components, and finally the calculation of the data proved the feasibility of the program.
