In order to providing a new learning environment and learning approach for students, expanding the learning scope of student, and assisting teachers’ teaching, this thesis establish a teaching website of “Java Programming Design”. This thesis combining with the convenience of students learning Java make a comprehensive introduction and analysis to the teaching website according to the question. “Java Program Design” teaching web is based on the web 2.0. In this paper, it has done a comprehensive description and analysis on the teaching web. Firstly, the demand analysis of website has done, the data flow diagram on the website has designed from the need of the actual teaching and learning. Senondly, the overall design of the website has done in the thesis. The systems functional modules are given out, including the front student module and the background teacher module. The former includes student registration and login module, knowledge module, course introduction module, teaching materials module, online testing module, message version module and Exercise administration module. The latter includes user administration module, student information management module, teaching materials module, message version module, exercise administration module and foundation information administration module. It has done a system detail design for this teaching website based on the above work. It Mainly includes the database design and the interface design. Finally, this thesis uses ASP.net and SQL 2000 to implement “Java Program Design” teaching web in the integrated development environment VS2005. The teaching web each interface is simple an
