企业人事基本档案管理系统 摘要：面对我们国家越来越快的经济发展，愈来愈激烈的市场竞争，人才的重要性也愈来愈突出。人事档案的管理也就显得愈来愈重要。只有搞好人事档案的管理才能有效的合理的科学的对职员进行调配，以使其发挥出最大的效率。本系统是针对一般小型企业的人员组成情况用VB设计出基于客户机/服务器（C/S）模式的通用人事基本档案管理系统。后台数据库引擎选用数据库软件Access 2000，实现了数据快速录入，查询、打印等多方面的功能，使企业人事管理工作更具科学性、规范性和高效性。 关键词：人事管理系统；信息管理系统；人事基本档案管理系统；Visual Basic 6.0 A Management System for Basic Personnel Archives of Enterprises Abstract：Facing of our countrys faster and faster economic development, intense market competition, stick out change to protrude is better. The management of the personnel files seems to be more and more important. Managing the personnel files well is the only way to allocate the staff effectively, appropriately and scientifically in order to make it greatest function. This system is a generally used-basic file administrative system of personnel based on the / server of client computer (C/S) mode according to people composition condition of general small business. The backstage database engine chooses to use the database software Access 2000,carried out the data to record to go into quickly, functions in many aspects of inquiring about , typing etc., enrich enterprises personnel management with scientific , regulatory and efficiency.
