Abstract:Taking a broa view of international legal files an legal provisions of some evelope countries,
we fin that lawyers have lots of rights in the investigating stage. However, it is not the case in our country
because the lawyers in China have lots of ifficulties to launch business. The cause is that lawyers are not given
enough rights. To thingsworse, the rights are not safeguar e an the power of the prosecutor an the efen er is
not in balance. It is necessary for our country to strengthen an guarantee the lawyersrights in the investigating
stage.
