Based on a brief review of the study on industrial transfer at home and abroad, starting from the conception of industrial transfer, this paper reviews the empirical study of industrial transfer according to the different regional scales and the time sequence. This paper concluded that the basic conclusion of existing state of domestic industrial transfer based on the existing empirical re- search：(1) as a whole China did not happen large- scale industrial transfer, the same to industrial transfer among Chinas eastern, central and western regions and among Chinas eastern, northeast, central and west- ern regions, only relative industrial transfer has partially happene
