北京林业大学本科毕业论文(设计) 大学生核心自我评价与其绩效的相关性研究 ——以北京林业大学的本科生为例 人力资源管理08-2 丁贺 指导教师 汪雯 摘要 评价是Judge提出的一个理论概念, 他是个体对自身能力和价值所持有的最基本的评价。核心自我评价作为个体对自身能力和价值所持有的最基本评价,对个体的工作、学习态度与行为有着显著的预测作用。 本研究采用Judge编制的核心自我评价量表和大学生绩效量表（根据北京林业大学编制的大学生综合素质测评表编制）对135名北京林业大学的大四本科生进行调查分析，研究大学生核心自我评价能力与其绩效之间的相关性关系，同时进一步验证核心自我评价理论。本研究主要采用问卷调查法、资料分析法，对调查的数据运用SPSS17.0软件进行处理。结果表明:1、大学生的核心自我评价能力与其绩效之间存在着高度的正相关；2、大学生核心自我评价能力和绩效水平在性别上不存在显著差异；3、不同专业的大学生在核心自我评价能力和绩效方面不存在显著的差异。 关键词：大学生，核心自我评价，绩效，综合素质 College Students core self-evaluation and performance correlation study Beijing Forestry University Undergraduates -- Taking as an example Human Resources Management 08-2 Ding he Supervisor Wang we n Abstract Core self evaluation presented by Judge is a theoretical concept, he is their own individual ability and the value held by the most basic evaluation. Core self evaluation as their own individual ability and the value held by the most basic evaluation, the individual work, learning attitude and behavior to have the remarkable forecast function. This study uses the Judge compilation of core self evaluation scale and student performance scale ( Beijing Forestry University compiled according to the evaluation of college students comprehensive quality table ) on 135Beijing Forestry University four undergraduates were investigated, research of College Students core self-evaluation ability and the performance of the correlation between the relations, and further validation of core self evaluation theory. This research mainly adopts questionnaire investigation method, data analysis, the survey data using SPSS17.0 software for processing. The results show that: 1, college students core self-evaluation ability and the performance of the positive correlation exists between the height;2, University Students core self-evaluation ability and performance level of gender does not exist significant differences;3, different professional students in core self evaluation ability and performance does not exist significant
