摘 要 肇始于 20 世纪 90 年代的以互联网的兴起为代表的信息化革命，给中国社会 带来了翻天覆地的变化。网络舆论的兴起，在与传统媒体的互动中促进了中国社 会公共领域的形成，逐渐改变了传统的新闻语态，使新闻话语传播出现了新时代 的特征。 本文试运用新闻话语分析方法，结合政治、经济、文化发展态势，考察我国 网络新媒体技术对传媒环境的革命性改造，概括和分析多元化新闻话语表达的开 放性、互动性、及时性、平衡性、公共性特征，挖掘新闻话语的意识形态建构和 神话性特征等。 本文是通过历史对比研究的总体架构，引入新闻话语、符号、神话、意识形 态、网络舆论、话语权、公共领域等概念，着重探讨网络传播环境下新闻话语与 意识形态建构的内外关系，试图解释新旧媒体形态互动对大众意识形态产生的影 响。经综合考察发现，由于新闻话语的分析已经越来越受到学者的重视，人们已 经开始对新闻语篇意识形态的嵌入进行认真的重新思考。对新闻话语中神话建构 的分析，超越了符号学考虑的意义研究范围，对网络环境中意识形态的研究提供 了一种社会语言学研究的新视角与新手段。 通过借鉴话语分析理论和国内学者的最新理论成果，本文针对 1990 年代以 来我国以互联网为代表的新媒体传播逐步发展导致的新闻传播新态势，对新闻话 语进行了从外内部形态到组织化形成机制的研究。 另外，本文对新闻话语的分析没有仅仅将注意力集中在以结果形态存在的新 闻话语上，还把注意力放到新闻话语形成的动态过程、信息技术革命和社会整体 语境的变迁中，在结构—行动、国家—社会视野下寻求新闻话语生产的动力机制。 通过案例分析和理论阐述，深化对当今新闻话语传播形态的认识和把握，明确新 闻与生俱来的社会功能定位，保持新闻话语的影响力。 关键词： 新闻话语 特征 网络舆论 公共领域 意识形态 I Abstract With the case of the intenet ,the Information revolution which dates from the 1990’s, has changed the society of china deeply.
