摘要 农村金融的持续、健康发展对我国农村经济有着重要的支撑作用，怎样促 进农村金融发展，不同的学者依据不同的假设前提，给出了不同的解释。而应 用生态学的原理提出金融生态这一概念，并且运用其对我国处在转轨时期的金 融发展问题进行研究，是一个全新的视角。它反映了社会主义新农村建设的根 本要求，也是系统性、可持续性观念的体现。对于正在实践科学发展观，建设 和谐社会的今天，的确有其理论和实践意义。本文借助金融生态这一概念，在 已有的理论基础上，对我国农村金融问题从金融生态的角度进行试探性研究。 本文以金融生态理论为基础，从农村金融生态环境子系统、农村金融生态 主体子系统两个个方面，对我国农村金融生态问题进行了较为深入的研究，研 究的内容如下： 首先，在对金融生态的基本内涵进行辨析后，认为农村金融生态的研究必 须从农村金融生态环境子系统和农村金融生态主体子系统两个方面进行，一个 能实现农村金融与农村经济良性互动的农村金融生态系统一定是在这两个方面 符合生态系统特征的体制。 其次，全面阐述和分析了我国农村金融生态的现状。金融生态环境子系统 包括政治、法律、征信、担保体系等方面；金融生态主体子系统包括商业银行、 农村信用社、政策性银行、保险机构、邮政储蓄、非正规金融组织等方面。 最后，根据所揭示出的农村金融生态存在的问题，提出改善农村金融生态 的方法措施。 【关键词】农村金融 金融生态 法律制度 金融机构 3 Abstract Persistent, fine development of rural finance has important supporting action to rural integer economy. How acceleration rural finance increasing, there have different explain of different scholar according as different hypothesis. Based on the ecology system, finance ecology was applied in the research of finance development in China. And this is a new point of view. It is the reflection of the fundamental requirements of the new rural construction and systemic and sustainable concept. And it also provides the theoretical and practical meaning for the enforcement of scientific development and the construction of harmonious society. In view of the finance ecology, the author tentatively does the research on the rural finance problems in China in the dissertation.
