Abstract: The Core ompeten e of the university is a system mainly omposed of institution, ompeten e and ul
tureThe establishment and operation of this system will play an important role in obtaining ompetition advantage and
winning in the final for a university. At present, as the limited ompeten e, Chinese Universities needfoster and promote
their ore ompeten ies from three aspe ts, developing modern university institutions, reinfor ing dis iplinary onstru tion
and forming a ademi ulture of modern university.
